I have been scouring Amazon to find some great deals to share with you for baby and pregnancy products. Here are 5 top-rated items on Amazon for you to try during your pregnancy.
Through my first two pregnancies, I couldn't live without my body pillow! The third pregnancy it was hit or miss because of how much I was tossing and turning from heartburn, tingly limbs, etc. But I can't even begin to tell you how amazing these things are! They align your legs to take pressure off your pelvic region and lower back. They also keep your head and neck supported and in line with your spine. When you wake up in the morning, your body will thank you!
If you are on your feet a lot during the day, these pillows do a great job of helping to reset your body after all the standing. It can also be nice for those nights when you want to snuggle up with your S.O.
I had the actual Snoogle brand pillow, which lasted me through all my pregnancies, plus one of my cousin's pregnancies...so four pregnancies total! It would probably last additional pregnancies if I chose to have more children, but that ship has sailed (lol).
Here is one of the many pregnancy pillows listed on Amazon. Originally $89.95, it is now on sale for $42.95 (as of November 14, 2021).
This product has over 64,000 ratings with an overall rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars...good stuff!
2. Belly Buds
Belly Buds are an amazing product that allows you to play sounds and music through your belly for your little one! Just make sure your cell phone has an auxiliary port plug them in. During my last pregnancy, I ended up having to get a new cell phone which I came to find did not have an auxiliary port. They do make a Bluetooth product similar to this, but I don't believe it is FCC certified yet.
It is funny to feel the baby scoot around in your belly as you play them some music. We played everything for our kids, from classical to old school hip hop, no genre was left unheard! They come with little sticky pads so you can re-stick them to your belly each time you use them.
This product has over 2,800 ratings with an overall rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars. You can also get a product protection plan if you chose to do so.
I love the concept of a pregnancy journal. You can fill out how your feeling, all the milestones, and all the wishes you could imagine for your L.O. But if I'm being real, and I will be because that's the whole point of all of this, not everyone will have time to fill one out. If you have the time to mark everything down that's great! And if you barely have the time to tie your shoe laces in the morning, that's okay too! Your baby will have many memories you both can share as they continue to grow throughout life.'
For me personally, I was working full time and simply did not have the time to complete my first book. So I chose not to get a book the other times. I ultimately decided to scrapbook the memories I chose to keep, like the ultrasound pics, the birth footprints, hospitals bands and hats.
This is your own personal journey. Please, please, please make it and enjoy it how you want!
This journal has 144 pages included, and it is only $17. It has over 1,000 ratings with an overall rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars.
4. Water Bottle
Pregnant or not, hydration is key to feeling your best everyday. But being pregnant, you need to drink up for both you and your babe. I'm sure you have heard it from your doctor all too often.
This water bottle is super popular. I have quite a few friends and family members who actually use it. It gives you times throughout the day so you can make sure you are drinking enough as the day goes on. It even has a motivational message to keep you going!
It comes it a variety of cool colors, so pick your fave! Make drinking water fun! I always mix a little fruit juice, flavoring or chopped up fruits and veggies to infuse my water. I find that it helps me drink more. My favorite combination to infuse my water is strawberries and cucumbers. It's super refreshing!
This water bottle has just under 9,500 ratings with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5. This is one of the better-priced water bottles I have seen, coming in at only $15.99. And it's BPA-free.
5. Yoga Ball
Obviously, you should consult your doctor before taking part in a physical activity while pregnant, but a yoga ball is a really great way to get a workout without putting too much strain on your body during pregnancy. And you can continue the workouts postpartum, again, once you get the go-ahead from your doctor.
This Trideer ball comes in a few different colors. If you're feeling frisky you can color coordinate with one of the water bottles above! At just $25.49 (each color is a different price, I just really like purple!) you can get a great piece of workout equipment to keep things loose and limbered up.
Once you get the 'okay' from your doctor, if you are looking for a workout, check out this stability ball prenatal workout.
